Bach and his French contemporary Jean-Philippe Rameau are not often heard side-by-side, yet they make the perfect musical partnership. In this programme, a selection of Rameau's irresistible Pièces de clavecin en concerts is interwoven with arrangements of Bach's Organ Trio Sonatas and a viola da gamba version of the Cello Suite No. 4.
